Step into the heart of Kauaʻi’s plantation heritage on this immersive half-day experience. Begin your journey aboard the *Kauaʻi Plantation Railway*, gliding through sugarcane fields, taro patches, and groves of pineapple, banana, and papaya. Your guide shares stories of island history and Hawaiian agriculture before leading a relaxed orchard walk through rows of tropical fruit trees and native plants. Stop to feed friendly farm animals, visit alpacas, and stroll under rainbow eucalyptus trees. Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch prepared by Gaylord’s Plantation House, followed by sampling fruit picked straight from the tree. Itinerary
• Arrive at Kilohana Plantation at 9:30 AM for check-in • Board the Kauaʻi Plantation Railway for a scenic train ride • Disembark for a guided orchard and farm walk • Enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch and fruit tasting • Feed farm animals and visit the alpacas • Board the train for a relaxing return ride to the depot
